Personnel Issues Committee 2016-17 Goals
- Supervisor Reviews – Employees would like a safe way to provide feedback to supervisors in the context of annual/performance reviews on supervisor performance or improvements.
- University Closed Day (Dec. 29th) as Community Service – Rather than be forced to use time off for University Closed Day allow staff to volunteer at UNC or in an appropriate capacity to use Community Service Leave instead.
- Diversity Survey Raw Data – Be allowed to view and process the raw data from the most recent diversity survey.
- Inclement Weather Policy – Change options allowed to employees when campus is in Condition 2 or Condition 3 and requirement to use personal leave.
- Degree Opportunities – Encourage HR/Staff relations to make these opportunities and tuition waiver benefits better understood, easier to manage, simpler to take advantage of.
