1. Supervisor Reviews – Employees would like a safe way to provide feedback to supervisors in the context of annual/performance reviews on supervisor performance or improvements.
  2. University Closed Day (Dec. 29th) as Community Service – Rather than be forced to use time off for University Closed Day allow staff to volunteer at UNC or in an appropriate capacity to use Community Service Leave instead.
  3. Diversity Survey Raw Data – Be allowed to view and process the raw data from the most recent diversity survey.
  4. Inclement Weather Policy – Change options allowed to employees when campus is in Condition 2 or Condition 3 and requirement to use personal leave.
  5. Degree Opportunities – Encourage HR/Staff relations to make these opportunities and tuition waiver benefits better understood, easier to manage, simpler to take advantage of.
