The Employee Forum held its peer recognition award banquet on May 30, 2013 in Hyde Hall. Recognition and Awards Committee chair Chris Meinecke was master of ceremonies. The Forum was proud that Patti Thorp, the Chancellor’s wife, was present to present certificates to winners along with Forum Chair Jackie Overton. The Forum was also proud that the room was full of onlookers, including UNC System Vice President William Fleming and UNC-Chapel Hill Vice Chancellor for Human Resources Brenda Malone.
