The Gender Violence Services Coordinators (GVSC) are confidential advocates for all students, faculty, and staff who have experienced, or are experiencing, interpersonal violence, stalking, and gender-based violence either before or during their time at Carolina. GVSCs are located in the Carolina Women’s Center.
GVSCs Cassidy Johnson and Holly Lovern provide emotional support, answer questions about University and police reporting options, assist in navigating the reporting process, and connect individuals to support options at UNC and in the community.
