 | Chair | Katie Musgrove, the new Chair of the Employee Forum, is the Business Officer for Clinical Programs at the School of Law. She was previously the Program Administrator for the Natural Products Research Laboratories (NPRL) at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History from UNC Chapel Hill in 2015. She is originally from Kernersville, North Carolina, and is a HUGE Carolina fan. Katie enjoys cheering on her fellow Tar Heels at UNC basketball, football and baseball games. She previously served as the Community Service committee chair for the Employee Forum from 2016-2019. Katie is excited to continue serving on the Employee Forum as Vice Chair (2019-2021) and Chair in order to give back to the University that has meant so much to her. It is important to her to try to influence positive change throughout her time at this great University. GO HEELS!

 | Vice Chair | Keith Hines is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds degrees from North Carolina Central University, Case Western Reserve University, and Syracuse University, but his heart will always belong to Carolina. He is currently the Marketing Project Manager for Communications and Creative Services in the Carolina Union. Keith is originally from Rutherfordton, North Carolina., and has always loved all things Carolina. Keith believes when it comes to advocacy you should “either be all the way in or get out, because life is too short for half measures.” This is the type of passion he wants to bring to his position of Vice-Chair of the Employee Forum. |
 | Secretary | My name is Tiffany Carver and I am a Tar Heel! I’m a wife, mother of a beautiful daughter, and full-time employee here at UNC. I’ve worked at the University since February 2007. I’m also an alum of Carolina and truly embrace the "Carolina Way." I love working on this campus and currently work in the Office of Academic & Student Affairs at the School of Social Work. I have served on the Employee Forum previously (serving on both the Executive and Education and Career Development committees)and I am excited to be the Forum’s secretary. I really appreciate the experiences and connections established through being a forum delegate. I recognize the important work that the Forum does and my interest in advocacy work drives my interest in being part of the forum so that I may help better the experience that employees (especially staff) have working for UNC. Being more engaged in the University community is something that I strive to do and I feel the Forum provides lots of opportunities to do so.

 | Treasurer | Tracy Wetherby Williams is a graduate of UNC and UNC-Greensboro. She is currently employed as a Privacy Analyst for the UNC School of Medicine. She has been a staff member at UNC-Chapel Hill for 18 + years. She is service-centered and an advocate for employees’ well-being. In her spare time, Tracy likes spending time with her husband and dog, walking, biking, learning to fly her drone, and playing Pokèmon. |

![]()  | Parliamentarian | Jacob Womack grew up in Mississippi and received his BA from the University of Southern Mississippi. He currently works as Assistant Director of Event Services with the Carolina Union. He is excited to join his fellow officers of the Forum and relishes the opportunity to be able to serve his community in his new role as Parliamentarian. A strong believer in community service and involvement he serves on the Committe for an Inclusive Workplace at SOG as well as the chair for the Employee Forum's Community Service Committee. When not at work Jacob can generally be found exploring all the amazing state parks in NC and hopes to one day complete the Moutain to Sea Trail. |
 | Program Manager and Recording Secretary | Matthew Banks is the program manager and recording secretary for the Employee Forum. He handles administrative duties including program oversight, web maintenance, budget planning, minutes and other correspondence, meeting planning, issue tracking, and member recruitment. He came to the Forum in February 1995 after working in Chapel Hill as a waiter, baker, and groundskeeper. As a Reynolds Scholar, he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Politics and a History minor from Wake Forest University in 1990. He received a Juris Doctorate from the NC Central School of Law Evening Program in 2008. Banks studied at the JFK School of Government graduate program in public policy analysis at Harvard University from 1990-1991. |
