2022 Employee Forum Community Meeting: Staff Wellbeing and Resilience at Carolina
March 25, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
To say the past two years, and even longer, have been difficult would be an understatement. Our mental health has waned. At times our community has felt fractured. And yet, we have persevered. As the Employee Forum is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of all UNC staff members, we feel it is our duty to take steps to meet staff where they are and make earnest efforts to equip you with tools you can use to be happy, healthy, and productive.
The Employee Forum will be holding a community meeting centered on mental health, resilience, and building and maintaining a sense of community. There will also be a pop-up “Postcards from the Pandemic” activity sponsored by Arts Everywhere, a project meant to highlight, recognize and honor Carolina’s hardworking staff through artistic expression. It is our profound hope that you will join us for this community meeting as we attempt to build and restore our minds, spirits, and community.
