Join us 2/24 for Twitter Basics

A one-hour workshop to introduce you to Twitter, create an account, Tweet, get followers and be a part of the conversation on social media.

This seminar for UNC staff will provide an opportunity to learn more about using Twitter for your own personal or professional interests. This one-hour workshop will introduce you to Twitter, how to create account, get followers and be a part of the conversation on social media. An optional 30-minute Q & A session/hands-on activity at the end of the one hour workshop with Professor Andy Bechtel (School of Media and Journalism) will allow you to pose your own unique questions about getting started with Twitter.

Registration is limited to 28 per class. The cap has been lifted to accomodate no-shows. Please cancel your registration immediately if you find out you cannot attend to free your spot for someone else.

Lunch is not provided and eating in the computer lab is discouraged. Please eat before or after the seminar.
