The Employee Forum approved a resolution on sexual assault and sexual harassment at its April 3, 2024 meeting.

On January 10, 2024, the Employee Forum approved Resolution 24-01 naming Chancellor Kevin Guskiewicz a lifelong honorary delegate of the Forum, along with an invitation to attend and participate in future deliberations of the organization.
