• Ensure that Information is Shared Widely
  • Give & Receive Feedback Regarding Said Information
  • Have Open Sessions
• Planning for Milestone Events
• Increase Opportunities for Staff to Use Community Service
• More Delegate Participation on Various Committees
• Exploring Delegate Representation and make Delegate Roles/Divisions More Transparent within Departments
• Get Increased Support from Supervisors
• Access to Divisional Listservs
• Increase Advocacy and Be More Concrete in Efforts to “Stand Up” for Employees
• Develop Forum Presentation to Present to Departments
