Employee Forum Annual Report 2022-2023
This committee publishes InTouch, the Employee Forum’s monthly newsletter, and maintains the Employee Forum’s website and social media accounts. The committee also works to increase staff engagement and comradery through the annual Scavenger Hunt and Employee Forum Book Club.

InTouch:
The committee published four issues of the InTouch newsletter over the academic year. The newsletter went out to approximately 8.4k subscribers and was opened on average by 25% of the mailing list.
Book Club:
The Employee Forum Book club is run by Vanessa Blake and Brigitte Ironside. Starting in January the book club meets every other month at noon on the 4th Thursday. The Book Club now has a Microsoft Teams page with over 60 members, as well as guaranteed free resources from the campus library for the selected books.
Future Business:
During the Fall ‘23/Spring ‘24 year the Public Relations and Communications Committee will:
- Continue publication of the InTouch newsletter
- Continue to support the book club
- Continue coordinating the Scavenger Hunt held during Employee Appreciation Day
