If you have any issues or concerns which you would like addressed by the forum, we would encourage you to submit the Issues and Concerns Form. Your issue/concern will be forwarded to the forum committee that can best address your issue. You can also directly e-mail the Forum Chair Shayna Hill or the Forum Assistant Matt Banks at the Forum office.

The mission of the Employee Forum is to address constructively the concerns of UNC-CH Employees. The Employee Forum is aware of many (but not all) of the issues and concerns that affect the Employees at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. This form can be submitted by any UNC-CH Employee that has an issue, comment or concern. By submitting this form, it is an opportunity to inform the Forum of issues that may need to be addressed. Completed forms will be sent to the Forum Committee that can best address the issue.
