Attendees discussed the timeline for delegate nominations and elections. Nominations will be due March 22 (pushed back to April 1 to accommodate Facilities Services hot memo). Voting will take place the week of April 15. Attendees also discussed the process for new delegate orientation on the afternoon of Thursday, April 25. Delegates will attend their first Forum meeting May 1 and will vote for new officers at the Forum retreat on June 6.
Attendees discussed the logistics for insuring voting for second- and third-shift employees. Matt Banks would contact Natasha Lee of the Housekeeping Department to reserve a location for voting for these employees.
